Finbar Hosie (1996, UK/FR) is a franco-british composer, based between Strasbourg, the U.K. and the south-west of France. Finbar’s music juxtaposes the organic, the intimate and the technological, often blurring the limits between mechanical precision, and perceived organic or human imperfections. A social and political questioning runs throughout Finbar’s output, notably in his installations and transdisciplinary works, or through the incorporation of literature, found text or images.
