This concert has already taken place. Click here for our current concert programme.

In his lecture Joe Cutler discusses off-beat commissions, i.e. compositions for a specific context with financiers who are looking for a unique element or ‘story’. He will speak about his composition Ping, for table tennis players and string quartet, written for the Olympic Games in London (2012), Boogie Nights for barrel organ and orkest de ereprijs (to be performed on 8 September at Museum Speelklok), and a number of collaborations with mixed ensembles from the world of jazz and classical music.
