Does technology create nearness or rather distance? What is intimacy in a one-and-a-half meter society? To what extent are we willing to give up our freedom in exchange for collective safety? These questions, that suddenly became urgent when corona emerged, are central to this year’s Senses Working Overtime. An interactive programme with four pieces that hover between installation art and performance art, in cooperation with Het Huis Utrecht, The Netherlands’ foremost breeding ground for performing arts.
