With the International Ensemble Modern Academy (IEMA), the legendary Ensemble Modern from Frankfurt is working on the future. Every year, talented students are recruited for a 1-year master’s degree and form the IEMA Ensemble, with which they gain invaluable concert experience and work closely with young composers and renowned conductors and soloists. Each year the new generation is given a place in the Gaudeamus Festival.
On the closing night of the Gaudeamus Festival 2025, several members of the IEMA Ensemble will have the opportunity to shine as soloists. Two routes through TivoliVredenburg will lead you from one solo performance to the next, each showcasing the unique personality and style of each ensemble member.
