Postland – Sound of View

How does music influence our view of images? In this unique experiment by filmmaker Barbara Meter and ensemble Postland, one film receives four faces – each with its own live-composed soundtrack by international composers. The same film four times, with four completely different musical worlds. A sense-stimulating journey through sound, image and perception.

Postland is a contemporary music collective based in Utrecht. The core consists of five like-minded musicians who have already richly earned their spurs in the Dutch and international music landscape. Within Postland, they curate multifaceted projects, in which they explore the possibilities of music with curiosity and often seek connections with other cultural and social movements.
