Sujuud is a nuanced interplay between the Arabic and Persian traditions, a dialogue between oud players Nizar Rohana and Yasamin Shahhosseini.
Jan Nieuwenhuis & Floris van Bergeijk – 100.
For the exhibition 100, writer and artist Jan Nieuwenhuis sanded down 100 record covers with sandpaper so that everything disappeared except for the women portrayed. The music composed by Floris van Bergeijk makes use of the original records, mirroring the visual process into her sound-based practice.
M Alberto – RADIO VITÓ
Theatre maker, musician-poet and artist-researcher M Alberto makes spiritual performance art in which they give voice to black, queer, anarchist and sex worker activism.
Basklarinet Festijn
