Concepción Huerta (Mexico/Netherlands) is multidisciplinary artist whose work in audiovisual media led her towards her current focus on different spectrums of sound. As an artist, she practises across sound design, installations, spatial concerts, and immersive experiences, with works that reflect upon the relation between silence and noise, politics, and sound bodies as forms of expression. Her music manipulates and warps recordings of everyday objects and electronic instruments to create a cacophony of noise and texture.
