You can visit Gaudeamus Festival 2024 with a day pass or a passe-partout.

ONLINE TICKET SALE Tickets can only be bought online, via gaudeamus.nl. It is not required to make an account anymore to buy tickets via our webshop: it is sufficient to only enter your e-mail address. Your data will be saved, so if you enter additional data (such as for example your postal address because you wish to receive mail via post from us), you do not have to do so again next time, your data will be connected to your e-mail address.

E-TICKETS Tickets will be send to your e-mail address as e-tickets. Show your tickets on arrival the concert: this can be done from your phone, you do not have to print them out.

ARRIVE IN TIME With an evening or afternoon ticket or a passe-partout you can visit all the concerts during the period that your ticket is valid for. However, it can always happen that specific concerts are full. In that case there will always be other events that you can visit. If there is a specific event that you want to attend, make sure to be at the hall in time (15 minutes before the start). After a concert has started, it is not possible to enter anymore, to avoid hindrance to the audience and performers.

FESTIVAL COUNTER & WRISTBANDS At the festival you have to exchange your ticket for a wristband. This can be done at the festival counter. You can also go there with all your questions. This counter can be found every day in TivoliVredenburg. The counter is open everyday of the festival from 17:00, on Friday and Sunday from 16:30.

RETURN TICKETS You can change your tickets for tickets for another date or another concert. This can be done up to a day before the performance. Contact kassa@gaudeamus.nl to do so. Unfortunately, ticket refunds are not possible!

DISCOUNTS For most concerts it is possible to buy tickets with discount if you have a student card or if you are younger than 35. Bring your discount card, because you may be asked to show this when arriving at the concert. If you do not have your discount card, you will have to pay the remaining amount to the normal ticket price.

GRANT AN ENTRY From 2024 on, Gaudeamus once again participates in the project ‘Grant an entry.’ The ‘Grant an Entry’ initiative gives festival visitors the opportunity to purchase an extra day ticket for people who are interested in visiting the festival but do not have the financial resources themselves to do so.
