XTRO – a WASTE of Time

Dynamic percussion trio XTRO combines minimal music, electronic music, acoustic instruments, theatrical elements and dance into an exciting whole. The three members make use of their classical background in a continuous search for new ways of making music. Their aim is to communicate, create and experience new emotions, space and time through sound, explosion, pulse and tension. The ensemble is so versatile that it will perform not once, but twice on the opening night: at the beginning of the evening with a dynamic ‘pop’ programme and later on in the evening with a contemplative late-night concert.
