Clarinettist Anna voor de Wind plays two pieces written especially for her. Composer Giuliano Bracci was inspired for his piece My voice is in my Hands by Emily Dickinson’s Envelope Poems: short poems written on recycled envelopes, addressed to no one and at the same time to everyone. Composer Trevor Grahl made the music film Ruka in collaboration with Voor de Wind and animator Jiri Trnka: the suppression of the artist expressed in whispering and growling music.
